Return Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. We do not provide exchanges.
  • The handbag must be in its original condition, unused with no marks, damage and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions are non-returnable.
  • Customized or personalized handbags cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Once your request is approved you will receive detailed instructions
  2. Shipping
    • Pack the handbag securely in its original packaging. Include all accompanying materials and the proof of purchase.
    • Affix the return label to your package.
    • Items must be returned and arrive within 7 days of approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns:
    • Please note we do not offer free return shipping.
    • Please return by a Royal Mail tracked service.
    • Returns are the customer responsibility until they have been received by us. It is important for you to keep safe your proof of postage/tracking.
  • International Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective handbag, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
  • Unauthorized returns (returns without an approved request) will not be accepted.
